Our fantastic new Healthy Me, Healthy You – Mums and Bubs group is well and truly under way.
Each week a new and different activity will be presented to new mums including baby yoga, baby massage, group fitness, walking prams, healthy baby foods cooking workshops and lots more.
We are already nearing the end of this great new 8 week program, but keep a look out for the next one coming up in Term 2.
